Sessions Market is an ethically-driven and immersive food hall concept which opened its first site, Shelter Hall, on Brighton seafront in July 2020. Founded by Dan Warne, former Managing Director of Deliveroo, Sessions develops unique cultural hubs in urban centres with an emphasis on architectural and environmental sensitivity.
Sessions Market creates food halls offering culinary creations from talented local producers and a stream of entertainment focused upon promoting emerging talent and encouraging social cohesion. Venues are immersed in the fabric of their local community, collaborating with surrounding producers, creators and artists to help each other thrive collectively.
Sessions Market uses food and entertainment to instil communities with a sense of purpose and place and champions the local and the independent, providing authentic experiences to the modern consumer.
