Criteria

We invest in best-in-class high growth businesses across education, healthcare and lifestyle markets focusing on businesses that can deliver significant value and have a tangible presence. Here’s an idea of what we look for in our partners:

Business Focus

  • Consumer-Facing Operations: We invest in businesses with a direct consumer interaction, emphasising those with a physical presence and/or a strong services/experiential element.

  • Investment Sectors: Our core focus is on education, healthcare and lifestyle markets 

Business Potential 

  • Proven Concept: A compelling business model with evidence of consumer demand and satisfaction

  • Scalability: Potential for significant growth, with the ability to become a market leader in its field

Investment Criteria

  • Investment Size: We invest between £2m/€2m and £15m/€15m, focusing on minority equity stakes to support growth

  • EBITDA Range: We typically invest in businesses generating an EBITDA between £0.5m-£5m

  • Geographic Focus: Primarily investing in businesses based in the UK and Ireland, with potential consideration for exceptional opportunities elsewhere

  • Other: Please note that, at the moment, we are no longer investing in EIS or SEIS rounds.
